At All Things New, each item is made especially for you in-house. Because of this, we do not keep bulk inventory and all sales are considered final unless there is an issue with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier.
